Coir substrate is 100% natural, organic and from sustainable resources,. It is biodegradable, non toxic, non abrasive and holds water very well. Ideally kept with a substantial depth to help with the water retention, this is then ideal for live plants.
This bag of coir is already slightly moist but it is also available in a dehydrated brick.
Directions for use:
Spread substrate evenly across vivarium base ensuring a depth of 2" (5cm). Do not overfill if using underfloor heating. Spot clean as required and replace regularly.
